Who handles your information
LubriCare Trading operates as the lubricant distribution channel of PRIME START AUTO PARTS TRADING. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].
Information and purposes
If you submit a quotation request, the site collects your business name, location, nature of business, contact person, telephone number, email address, selected products, packaging choices, and quantities. The browser also keeps a local draft of the basket and form so you can continue later. The information is used to respond to your request, clarify product requirements, and prepare a quotation. Do not enter sensitive personal information in the form.
Lawful basis and choice
Information needed to answer a quotation request is processed to take steps requested before a possible contract. Other lawful bases may apply to business-contact information depending on the circumstances. Submitting an RFQ does not subscribe you to marketing, and this website does not currently operate a marketing signup.
Recipients and service providers
When you submit an RFQ, EmailJS transmits it to LubriCare at [email protected]; the Gmail mailbox service receives the email. Cloudflare Pages hosts this website and may process technical request information needed to deliver it. These providers may process information under their service terms, including outside the Philippines.
Storage, security, and retention
Before submission, your basket and unfinished form are stored in this browser's local storage on your device. Submitted requests are handled by email; the public website does not store RFQs in a website database. The business uses HTTPS and limits the form to information needed for quotation inquiries. Retention depends on the request, any resulting transaction, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. LubriCare is establishing a documented retention schedule; records should be securely deleted when no longer needed or legally required.
Your rights and requests
Subject to applicable law and its conditions, you may ask to be informed, access or correct your personal information, object to processing, request erasure or blocking, seek data portability, or file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. To make a request, email [email protected] with “Privacy request” in the subject and enough information for the business to locate the request. The business may need to verify your identity before acting.
